The Otters Are Back!

Yes, the Otters took to the water, unfortunately, not for Otter Week which should have been last week but it was good to have a small group afloat for the first weekend andi making sure the new staggered arrival and launch times worked to ensure we kept numbers to a minimum in the dinghy park and on the pontoon at any one time.

3 groups of 6 boats launched in their time slots and headed to a sailing area just past the last moorings in ideal conditions for many that had not sailed at all in 2020 and it was great to see a mixed fleet out there with plenty of chatting as they sailed around, whilst back onshore parents were also having a good catch up.

Thank you to all the parents and kids who helped make the morning work so well and look forward to next weeks sailing
