Otter Campout 1 Jul 2017

The Otter Campout was a great evening with good weather for it too. We all had a lot of fun playing rugby and a thank you goes to Jason Phelps, with the help of Steve Rands, who made an excellent Paella for everyone.  

Although the games and festivities were attended by around 50 people somehow we only seemed to manage to get two tents pitched – but that didn't seem to matter as quite a few people managed to make it back for a superb breakfast the following morning even thought they hadn't managed to stay overnight!  

Special thanks to Jason Phelps for doing the cooking, to Lisa Phelps for doing the shopping and to Reg Cook for the loan of his gas bottle when the Otter gas ran out midway through the bacon cooking!!!
