The British Keelboat League qualifying event will take place on the weekend of 11th / 12th June and, for those who haven’t experienced it, it’s a round-robin style fleet racing event in 707s – expect to see lots of close fighting on the start line, tight mark roundings, and slick crew work to ensure a place at the finals in September.   I understand that there have been issues with the website not allowing payments and hence entries not being accepted but I’m told that is being resolved.  So if you’d like to organise a team then the deadline is likely to be extended slightly to early June, so don’t delay !
