Eagling Trophy Race
Sailing race around the cans in the River Crouch and River Roach.
Committee Boat start East of Burnham Moorings at or around 1430 (tbc).
Course to be advised in Sailing Instructions.
Finish on RCYC Club Line, Participants to note and advise own finish times.

Predicted log Trophy for Motor Cruisers
Open to all Motor Cruisers and Sailing Cruisers under motor only.
Course around the cans in the river Crouch and River Roach.
Committee Boat start East of Burnham Moorings at or around 1430 (tbc).
Course to be advised in Motoring Instructions.
Participants to advise their predicted finsh times before the start.
Engine throttle to be set prior to crossing the start line. Changes to throttle setting are permitted only to avoid a hazard (static or moving). Each change carries a two minute penalty.
Finish on RCYC Club Line, Participants to note and advise own finish times and number of penalties if applicable.

Quiz
Quiz challenges will be distributed after the start of the above events on the Corinthian Cruiser WhatsApp Group. Answers to be texted to the Quiz Master before participants finish on the club line.
Note: Unfortunately the sponsors have withdrawn their offer of a one thousand pound cash prize for the winner of each event due to the heavy reliance on participants own data.
Dates for your diary
Saturday 19th September – Yokesfleet 2. Picnic with the Seals in Yokesfleet Creek.
Saturday 26th September – Swallowtail Race. A race for sailing cruisers starting from the committee boat east of our moorings, heading seawards towards the Swallowtail and finishing on our club line.
