Last Sunday the Dragons were able to get two races in on the Sunday.  In the first ,which counted for the Sunday points, Pageboy (Paul, Clive and Graeme) made a great start and led for the whole race, whilst behind them the battle saw much place changing and a grounding by the Wades.  At the line, Still Crazy (Ian, Rene and Alex), were second followed by Beaty and the Beast (Peter, Katie and Heath), Avalanche 4th , Floatation 5th and Dublin Bay 2nd.     A second short race race was organised which was won by Flotation (Richard, Martin and Nigel), with Dublin Bay second.  This result gave the weekend trophy to Flotation, with Pageboy and Dublin Bay on equal points in second.

Last Saturday saw champaign sailing on the river and a longish race which took the fleet out to Clarks, back to Horse then out to Inner Crouch and back home – two huge beats against the tide.  A two up Avalanche took line honours followed by Pageboy, Still Crazy and Hands Off.   On the Sunday with light flunky winds forecast the start was delayed an hour in the hope the sea breeze would kick in.  Before the wind settled the lead changed many times until Pageboy managed to find the breeze and take line honours followed by Still Crazy 2nd and Avalanche third.
