Saturday 23^rd April 2022  –  Cruiser Fleet

The Wizard Trophy afternoon round the cans race for Sailing Cruisers was postponed until later in the season but the early evening informal Bistro took place at the Club in restaurant on the 1^st floor.

Twenty five Cruiser Fleet members exchanged the usual banter including the first proposed and seconded nomination for 2023 Cruiser Captain.  Progress was made firming up on plans for the cruise in company to the River Blackwater  taking place 6^th to 8^th May.   Plans were also made for other events in the 2022 programme including the September Cruise to the Medway and St Katharine Dock which promises to be another successful rally.

We have several new members joining the Cruiser Fleet and some existing members are in the process of purchasing new boats, all of which adds to the excitement of the new season.
