Welcome to the Flying Fifteen Burnham Open on June 17^th/18^th for what promises to be a great weekend. It starts with a free bacon roll and coffee waiting for you when you arrive.

They’ll be a briefing before we all go afloat at midday. The plan is to have river courses for Saturday and a mix of windward/Leeward races and a river course on Sunday, importantly all races to count.

We’ll also have pre-dinner drinks courtesy of Justin at his caravan (Static Sparks), and a prize giving tea on the Sunday.  Supper for all on Saturday while not mandatory will be at the RCYC, paid separately £17 two courses.  Accommodation within the town is plentiful, but I’d start at the White Harte, then try the Royal Burnham for rooms.  Camping in the RCYC field is also an option, showers/facilities all very accessible.

All boats will be rigged then launched at the marina, please bring fenders and warps as boats will be left in overnight.  If you do have a VHF radio please bring it as courses/instructions will be communicated this way.
